Photobooth Workshop: Disrupted Portraits

Description

Artist Jenny Lewis leads a two-hour workshop using the Autofoto photobooth at The Photographers’ Gallery to experiment with self-portraits. Participants will use props, abstraction and the machine’s unpredictable effects to obscure or transform recognizable portraits. Props are provided, and participants may bring their own. Tuesday 17 November 2026, 18:30–20:30 GMT, at The Photographers’ Gallery, 16–18 Ramillies Street, London W1F 7LW. The organizer lists £65 full price or £50 for members and concessions. Advance booking is required; registration closes one day before the session. The workshop is subject to minimum enrolment.
